Mustang Round Up - 6th Grade (see event details for Principal's Welcome time)
Mark your calendar for Killian Middle School student orientation, also known as Mustang Round Up, on Thursday, July 28, 2022. The school will welcome students and parents for orientation sessions organized by grade level where you can visit various stations around the school, walk your schedule, and attend the Principal's Welcome at your designated time.
PRINCIPAL'S WELCOME IN CAFETERIA (by last name)
• 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – 6th Grade (A-I)
• 9:15 – 9:45 a.m. – 6th Grade (J-R)
• 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. – 6th Grade (S-Z)
Killian Middle School orientation will be on Thursday July 28. Mustang Round Up will include info from the principal Dr. Krol about updates to campus policies and procedures. It will also provide an opportunity for you to visit various stations around the school to take care of back-to-school necessities and walk your student's schedule. Each grade level's orientation will be subdivided with students and families attending a Principal's welcome in the cafeteria at the following times:
• 11:00 – 11:30 a.m. – 7th Grade (A-L)
• 11:45 – 12:15 p.m. – 7th Grade (M-Z)
• 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. – 8th Grade (A-L)
• 1:15 – 1:45 p.m. – 8th Grade (M-Z)
Killian PTA needs and welcomes your help for this event. Please feel free to sign up for more than one slot if you are able. If you are a 6th grade parent and would like to volunteer, please sign up for a time slot when your student will NOT be orienting, e.g. sign up during 7 or 8 grade orientation.
